Restarted it with a power cycle using the IP power strip at around 18:28 UT. The computer came up again just fine, and automatically resumed observations - probably these were restarted by the watchdog. However, it hung again shortly afterward. After another reboot at around 19:25 UT I noticed the control program was acquiring spectra, but with the spectral plugins displaying times of around 12 UT! (I checked the PC system clock, and it was correct.) Also, I definitely restarted the PC twice with power-cycle reboots, and on the second occasion I exited the control program and restarted it in manual mode. But the SDI console log only shows one restart at around this time. Weird! Update 19:46 UT: I am now unable to scan the etalon. It is out of parallel, and not responding to commands to change leg voltages. I cycled the power on the CS100 controller, but this did not help. MC 31-Dec-2012
